    • About parasailing
      • What should I wear?
        Please wear beach shoes that are provided to you at ABC’s beach resort. Towels and a change of clothes should be left in your locker. Also, because the bus transfer is about 5 minutes, there is no need for any additional items or clothing.
        What should I bring?
        If you are feeling sick or can get seasick, please stop by our Gift Shop to take Motion Sickness medicine. You may bring a camera, sunglasses, mobile phone, etc. However, since you may be splashed with ocean spray, please bring these items at your own risk. There is no space to store belongings on the boat.
        Scary?
        ABC uses our patented Aerial Recliner system, so it is incredibly comfortable. Unlike the harness type Parasailing that can be uncomfortable, ABC’s Parasailing tours allow you enjoy the view in comfort.
        How many people can ride one boat?
        On most days, 12 people may ride the boat.
        I can not swim, is it still OK for me to participate in this activity?
        Yes, you can participate! At no point on this tour will you be getting off of the boat and into the water. Additionally, all of our guests must wear a life jacket on the boat.
    • About DolphinWatching
      • What should I wear?
        Those who are planning on joining the ocean snorkeling portion of the tour, please wear your bathing suit. Please bring a towel. The transfer bus takes about 25 minutes. It would be a good idea to wear some comfortable loose fitting clothes on top of your swimwear.
        What should I bring?
        You can come empty handed if you would like! However, it is convenient to bring comfortable loose fitting clothes over your bathing suit and a towel to dry off. If you are prone to getting motion sickness or had a fun night, please take motion sickness medicine in advance. You may bring a camera, sunglasses, mobile phone, etc. However, since you may be splashed with ocean spray, please bring these items at your own risk. There is a small space to store belongings on the boat.
        scary?
        This activity is not scary. The boat is a large capacity boat, and it is very stable.
        How many people can ride in the one boat?
        The largest boat’s capacity is around 74 people.
        I can not swim, is it still OK?
        YES, it is OK for you to participate. For our ocean snorkeling acitivities it is mandatory to wear a life jacket. Also, please listen to the instructions of our staff and follow their directions.
    • About Banana Boat
      • What should I wear?
        Please wear beach shoes that are provided free at ABC’s beach area. Feel free to come in your swimwear! If the banana boat ride is on the Parasailing tour, please follow the clothing instructions for each main activity.
        What should I bring?
        This activity requires use of both hands. Sunglasses, digital cameras, mobile phones, etc. can not be carried or used.
        scared?
        Because it is designed with safety and stability in mind, it is rare that someone will be thrown off of the banana boat. Due to the physical nature of this activity, it is best to hold on tight for the duration of the ride with both hands.
        How many people can ride in the one boat?
        It is a 6-seater or 12-seater ride.
        I can not swim, is it still OK?
        The wearing of Life Jackets are a mandatory part of this activity. They will keep you afloat in the rare event of you falling into the water.
        I’d like to ride with children
        Children between the ages of 6 and 13 may participate in the Kid’s Banana Boat tour which is only offered at ABC’s main beach area. If you are a parent or guardian, and you want to ride the banana boat with a child, this possible at ABC’s beachside only! Please ask any of our staff on the day of your tour.
    • About Jet skiing
      • What should I wear?
        Please wear beach shoes that you can rent out on the ABC beach and join us in swimwear. Towels and changing clothes can be left in your locker.
        What should I bring?
        You may want to bring goggles to wear as the saltwater splash can get in your eyes.
        Scary?
        This activity is NOT scary. It is as easy as riding a bicycle! Many beginners have mastered driving our Jet Skis even if they have never ridden a motorbike.
        How many people can ride the Jet Ski?
        ABC’s Jet Skis are made for one person only. Participants who are 14 years or older may ride their own Jet Ski. Those aged 6 to 13 will be accompanied by the staff on a different type of Jet Ski. Adults may also choose to ride with one of our staff. 。
        I can not swim, is it still OK to Jet Ski?
        Yes, it is still OK. Everyone is required to wear a life jacket.
    • About Super Beach Resort
      • Clothes?
        You can visit ABC wearing only your swimsuit, but if you do need to change clothes we have a locker room for you to use. The locker room is located just inside the Gift Shop.
        Belongings?
        You don’t need much to enjoy yourself at ABC! We recommend you bring the following: a towel, a camera, sunglasses and a cellular phone. Free Wifi is offered at ABC’s Beach Resort. Think minimal, you probably won’t want to bring a big bag.
        Can I add packages on the day of the tour?
        YES! It depends on the availability of certain activities on your tour day. We encourage you to do ALL of the activities. Please come to the Reservation Center inside the Gift Shop to find out more.
        Do I need to pre-book for the Exclusive Snorkeling course?
        Making a reservation isn’t necessary. It starts at the top of the hour every hour from 10:00am to 3:00pm, so please come to the snorkeling briefing area 5 minutes prior to the start time.
        How about lunch?
        At ABC, we have got the food to fuel you after all of these fun activities. We offer salad for starters, a really tasty golden curry with rice, pancit which is a stir fry of noodles with vegetables, and last but certainly not least, our World Famous Fried Chicken. You can eat as many times as you’d like between the hours of 10:45am to 3:30pm.
    • About Snorkelling
      • Clothes?
        If you are planning on participating in the Ocean Snorkeling as part of the Dolphin Watching Tour, please wear you bathing suit with a light change of clothes over it. Please bring a towel with you as well. Since there is a bus ride to get to the Dolphin Watching Tour, it is best that you wear a light change of clothes that can be easily removed or put on.
        Belongings?
        We encourage you to bring as little as you can. The light change of clothes along with a very small bag of your belongings would be ideal. If you are prone to motion sickness, you may want to take medicine or bring the medicine with you. Please feel free to bring your phone, sunglasses, camera and towel, but bring them at your own risk as the belongings can get wet due to ocean spray.
        I can’t swim!
        Use of a life jacket is Mandatory. Although you may not know how to swim, you can still participate. All of our staff are trained to respond to any situation.

  • About Intro Diving
    • Can I use contact lenses ?
      Yes, if you are wearing soft lenses, feel free to use them.
      I cannot swim, is it still OK?
      Yes, if you cannot swim, it is not a problem. Your instructor will have a rope and a float to ensure you always have something to grab on to.
      How deep do we dive?
      Usually, you will dive about 5-7 meters deep ( 15-20 feet ), but this is largely dependent on how well a person can equalize.
      It’s currently my time of the month to get my period, can I still join?
      Yes, if you enter the water, please use a tampon or any other appropriate feminine hygiene product.
  • About kids BANANA boat
    • Clothes?
      Please dress in your swimwear, and if you change your clothes onsite please use our locker room located inside the gift shop on the second floor deck area.
      What should I bring with me for this tour?
      Please come empty-handed. You will be holding on to the Banana Boat with two hands.
      When and where should I make a reservation?
      Upon arrival at ABC, you will be based and briefed about your schedule. Please reserve your time on the beach side, where the Jet Ski/Banana Boat Briefing area is located.
      When would you like to join kids banana boat as a family?
      Children 14 years old and above are considered adults. An adult must accompany the kids between the ages of 6 – 13. If a kid would like to participate, please let one of our staff know, and we can schedule everyone together up to 6 people on the same Banana Boat!
      If fall from a banana boat, what will happen?
      Although falling from the Banana Boat is rare, it can happen. You will be wearing a life jacket and a helmet so you will float and have protection. Also, the bay is shallow, so if you do fall you will be able to simply stand up inside the bay! Please do not try and throw people off of the banana boat. The bay is constantly shifting, and there will be unseen corals and other obstacles in the water.
      What about lunch?
      We have a delicious selection from Rice, Curry, Fried Chicken, Stir Fried Noodles and more between the hours of 10:45am to 3:30pm. Guess what? It is ALL YOU CAN EAT!
  • The Others
    • When do I pay my bill for the tour?
      Guest who reserve tour online must pay by your credit card. Guests who reserve at a Tour Desk will pay at the Tour Desk. Forms of payment include Major Credit Cards, Cash (US Dollar & Japanese Yen), Traveler’s Checks.
      What form of payments does ABC take?
      ABC accepts Major Credit Cards, Cash (US Dollar & Japanese Yen), Traveler’s Checks.
      How should I reconfirm with ABC if my flight arrives midnight on Guam?
      There is no need to reconfirm your reservation. If there are any changes in your reservation, please contact us 1 hour prior to pick up.
      Can I make a reservation even though I don’t have a hotel reserved yet?
      Yes, you can make a reservation. Just fill out the Special Request box in the Reservation page. Once you make your hotel reservation, please let us know the hotel name and pick up time.
      Can anyone enjoy ABC including children and the elderly?
      Yes, we have a variety of activities for all ages. You can enjoy activities such as dolphin watching or just spending your time beachside in the shade.
      What do we need at ABC?
      Bring your own towel and sunscreen. Free rentals available: floaters, beach parasol, beach chairs, beach shoes and more. We provide free water for guests.
      Do you have a gift shop?
      Yes, we have a gift shop that sells items such as beach sandals, towels, sunscreen, cold drinks, ice cream, snacks and more. We also sell souvenir photos too.
      Do you have rental towels available?
      Sorry, we don’t rent towels. Please bring a towel or visit our gift shop to purchase one.
      Do you have a locker room?
      Yes, we have. You can use it free.
      Do you have amenities (shampoo, soap, etc.) and a hair dryer?
      Sorry, we don’t have these items. If you need those items, please bring them.
